To sign out of Microsoft 365 on Windows: 

Open the Outlook app 

If prompted to sign in, view the “How to sign into Microsoft 365” document linked here: 

  1. Click “File” in the top ribbon menu
  2. Click “Office Account” in the left-hand menu to view your Microsoft 365 account information
  3. Underneath “Account”, select “Sign Out 
  4. A warning prompt will appear, indicating that you will be signed out of all services. Select “Yes” to complete the signout. 
  5. Close the Outlook app.
