One of the many services LeafTech offers is Carrier support. This means we sometimes need to work with the carrier to diagnose circuit issues for you or your business. This process often requires us to prove that the issue is on their side of the fence so they will take action. This walkthrough shows you how to collect valuable information at the exact moment when you are experiencing internet speed issues.
Our consultants find that with intermittent internet issues, gathering this information can be difficult. The circuit issue may have passed by the time the speed issue is reported to LeafTech, and a consultant is available to assist with the problem. Of course, the speed issue will pop back up right after you get off the phone, too! Well, here are the tools to put an end to that frustrating cycle! With the information below, you can easily conduct a speed test on your internet connection and send it directly to our support team to analyze and assist. Thank you for taking a moment to help us help you and your team.
