LeafTech Consulting is proud to provide helpful walkthroughs to assist your company with a coming Microsoft 365 email migration. This walkthrough is for iOS users setting up Outlook on their phones.
- Download Outlook for iOS from the iOS App Store. Verifying that you have the correct app with Microsoft Corporation listed as the Publisher.
We are providing Detailed Steps below for finding and downloading the Outlook Application. If you already have Outlook installed, skip to Step Two.
A. Navigate to the App Store.
B. Click Search, on the bottom right.
C. 1 – Type Outlook in the search field, and then 2 – Click Search to find the Outlook App.
D. Navigate to the Microsoft Outlook search result and Click GET to begin downloading.
Verify that you have the correct app with Microsoft Corporation listed as the Publisher in the detail view of the App.

- Now that the App is downloaded, open Outlook from your home screen.
- If you have never used Outlook before, you will be prompted to Add Account the first time you open Outlook.
Enter your email and click Add Account to progress. - Next, you will be prompted to Login to your Microsoft 365.
Enter your Password and click Sign in to continue. - Next, you will be prompted to declare if you would like to add another account.
Click Maybe Later if you do not want to add another email account right now.
Click Let’s Do It! if you would like to add another account right now. - Your email should now begin to populate your inbox! Verify that you have received all the emails you expect in your inbox and test sending and receiving emails with a colleague or a personal email account.
